Our Network members have approached us over the years and asked if we can find certain kinds of businesses or brands which they desire to purchase or expressed to us an interest in confidentially selling their businesses or brands. These Network members are confidentially exploring strategic opportunities and some wish to avoid the investment banking approach, not engage in auction sales and instead prefer the discrete introductions that we provide to respective members of the Network. Through our relationship with our Network members we are able to make these introductions for such purchases and sales. We are not an investment bank, nor licensed securities dealers or financial advisers. We act only in the capacity as a Networking Company that can introduce opportunities to others whom we know.

Don Leo Resources, Inc.'s fees are success based only and are customized for each opportunity. We do not require any retainer or any sort of payment unless the deal that we bring to the table closes.
