This service is for everyone who is seeking a referral for any type of service provider. You simply tell us your needs and we match them to our Network Members. There is absolutely NO cost or commitment to any company or individual that comes to Don Leo Resources, Inc. for a referral. We provide you with names of one or more highly recommended service providers in our Network. To reassure you, our network is built through personal referrals from Network Members based on their previous successful relationships.
After we successfully match your needs with a service provider and the service provider is paid for the work performed, the service provider then pays Don Leo Resources, Inc. an agreed upon percentage of the fees earned for the work referred to them.
For our Fee Based Services
This service is for those companies and professional organizations that would like to use the resources of our global network for projects that require customized approaches to specific needs. For example, our global Network has successfully assisted other Network member companies and organizations in finding talent for open or new roles or for expansion of professional practices. We have also worked with our Network Members to provide Management & Human Resources consulting to address various companies specific interests.
For our ‘fee based services”, we work with you to create the most cost effective approach for your business. For example, for most of our Talent Placement services, we do not charge a retainer or upfront fee. Instead, we are paid a percentage of the talents’ first year guaranteed cash compensation (and the percentage is almost always lower than any recruiting agency charges) and we are only paid after the person is hired and successfully retained by you. With our Management & Human Resources consulting projects, we work with you to design a flat fee, hourly or customized fee to meet your needs.
