The Don Leo Resources, Inc. Network was approached over the years by companies within our Network asking if we could recommend any exceptional talent that was known to us. We began matching those talent needs with our Network members who were attracted by new strategic opportunities. It was matching such companies with candidates that our Talent Placement Services business grew to have become highly regarded from Fortune 100 companies to start ups around the world.

We are currently working with several Network member companies and professional practices seeking new talent. However, we are not a recruiting agency and we do not make any cold calls. What distinguishes us is our approach in securing new talent for our Network members. We start with a careful understanding of a Network members’ specific needs in filling an open position. Once we thoroughly understand the role, company culture and objectives, we then turn to other Network members to recommend candidates with whom such Network members have successfully worked with and hold in high regard. Before submitting potential candidates for the position, we conduct our own vetting process and provide a summary of the candidate’s qualifications and fit for the particular role. We coordinate the entire process, from setting up live and video web based interviews, to assisting with reaching an agreement on a compensation package and even advising the candidates on and addressing any of their relocation needs.

How Don Leo Resources, Inc. Earns Its Fees

Don Leo Resources, Inc. is paid its fee from the hiring Company after the candidate commences employment with the hiring Company. The fee is based on a percentage of the candidate’s base compensation plus any sign-on or guaranteed bonuses and excludes any performance based bonuses, stock awards or other incentive compensation. The success of the candidate is guaranteed and backed up by a replacement policy and sliding scale refund for the first six months since commencing employment.
